I understand that a consumer credit report and/or background screening may be obtained from a third-party reporting agency. I acknowledge my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to dispute inaccurate information and to receive an Adverse Action Notice if my application is denied or conditioned based on such a report.(Required)

I authorize Apex Property Management Group to contact my current and past landlords, employers, and references for verification of information provided. I understand that application fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of screening only. I acknowledge that submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a lease agreement.(Required)

I acknowledge that Apex Property Management Group complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local laws, and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, age, marital status, or any other protected class.(Required)

I understand that my personal information (including Social Security number, driver’s license, date of birth, and financial details) will be used only for screening purposes and will be kept secure and confidential.(Required)
